Run a shieldwall that holds
Real timings: the pad two hours before charging, the shield an hour after. Everyone sees who is on and who is still free.
Fill every banner place
Publish a target in game time. Members volunteer or get assigned, and cooldowns are tracked so nobody is put on a rally they cannot take.
Plan Eden before the season
Territory, fortresses, workshop and loyalty in one calculator, so you know what a season costs before you commit to it.
Know who can cover a castle
Each member records who may enter theirs if they are away. When somebody is offline and being hit, the alliance already knows who to ask.
Reminders in their own timezone
A push before a target or a shieldwall charge, on the phone, at the right local time. Leaders stop being an alarm clock.
