Delete your RoC Command account
The short version. You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in any more, email us and we will do it for you.
In the app
- Open the app and tap More.
- Tap Account, data and deletion. Your account page opens in your browser; sign in there if it asks.
- At the bottom, under Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete my account.
On the website
- Sign in at roc-command.com.
- Open your account page.
- At the bottom, under Delete account, enter your password and click Delete my account.
Before you start
If you are your alliance's R5 leader, hand R5 over to another member first, so the alliance is not left without a leader. The same goes for the only site admin: promote another admin first.
If you cannot sign in
Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in page first. If that does not work, write to support@roc-command.com from the email address on your account, with your username and alliance. We check that the account is yours and delete it within one month.
What is deleted
- Your login, username, email address and password.
- Your castle profile, heroes, research, specs, goals, buildings and other game progress you recorded.
- Your reminders, notifications, signed-in devices and sessions.
- Your places on shieldwalls, banners and score sheets, and any castles you shared or played together.
What is kept, and for how long
- Targets, shared presets and newsfeed posts you created stay with your alliance, so its planning still works. They are no longer linked to your account. If you held a target's banner, the name written on that target stays as part of the alliance's history.
- Chat messages you sent keep the name they were sent under until they expire, after 90 days.
- A record that the account was deleted, with your username, in the security records, for about a year.
- Database backups, which roll over within 7 days.
- Invoices for a paid plan, held by our payment provider for as long as tax law requires.
Signing out of the app deletes the copy of your data on that phone. The Privacy Notice has the full details.
