We usually reply within a couple of days. RoC Command is run by a small team alongside playing the game, so it is sometimes slower at the weekend, which is when everyone is actually playing.
Before you write
A few things are faster to do yourself than to ask about, and the FAQ covers most of the rest.
- Forgotten password: use the reset link on the sign-in page. If you never gave an email, ask a leader of your alliance to send you a reset.
- Cannot sign in: your username is made from your in-game name, not your email address. A leader can tell you what it is.
- Need to join an alliance: ask your R5 or an R4 for an invite link. We cannot add you to an alliance ourselves.
- Want your data, or want to delete your account: both are buttons on your account page.
What to tell us
For anything going wrong, these three things turn a long exchange into a short one:
- Your username and the name of your alliance.
- The page you were on, and what you clicked.
- Roughly when it happened, and what you expected instead.
Reporting a security problem
If you have found a way to see another alliance's data, to act as somebody else, or anything similar, please write to the address above with Security in the subject and we will treat it as the priority. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else, and we will credit you if you would like.
Privacy requests
Requests under the GDPR go to the same address and are answered within one month. See the privacy notice for what you can ask for.
